Diana is a Registered Dietitian, Women's health Champion, Fitness fanatic and Yoga Teacher

It is my MISSION to help you achieve optimal health as you age, by developing key, simple habits that can lead to BIG positive changes.

My journey with nutrition & wellness started with my interest in sports nutrition. I was a triathlete and marathoner, so after graduating with my Nutrition Degree, I became the Sports Dietitian at our local Uni. From there, I led many coaching clinics while helping clients reach their nutrition and fitness goals (while balancing motherhood & teaching). For many years, I led a team of dietitians to support 150 schools in Health Promotion. I chaired the first Scotiabank Blue Nose Youth Run, lead the Diabetes Running Teams and coached 100s across the finish line. 

But in my 40s during perimenopause, I noticed my body start to change.  I experienced hot flashes, night sweats and other wild symptoms. This also impacted my overall level of happiness.  My girlfriends and I had so many questions.  Shortly afterwards, both of my parents developed dementia.  So I became laser focused on the best doable and realistic strategies for long term health and longevity.

Now in my 50's, I study aging with a zest for new knowledge. I know & practice, the most effective ways to support women as we grow older & wiser.  Like you, I want to remain strong well into my 80's & 90s so I can

keep traveling and hiking, hence my desire to remain fit.
