Welcome, I'm Diana (AKA Dibbs) I am a Registered Dietitian & women's health expert. It is my mission to help you achieve optimal health, by developing key, simple habits that can lead to BIG positive changes over time. Consistency is key.
My journey with nutrition & wellness started with my interest in sports nutrition. As an anemic triathlete, I learned first hand, how food impacts your health. While working as an educator, I went back to university to get my Nutrition Degree. Upon graduation, I joined Dalhousie University as their Sports Dietitian for varsity athletes. I led running clinics, completed marathons and started hiking around the world. I became a leader in Health Promotion working to support students and staff in schools. I chaired the Scotiabank Blue Nose Youth Run, all while continuing to support clients to achieve their nutrition goals.
Then came perimenopause: I experienced hot flashes, night sweats & other menopause symptoms. Both parents developed dementia. So I started studying body and brain health & how to age strong. Two Master Degrees later, I research realistic strategies for long term health beyond nutrition; as lifestyle factors play a huge role.
I speak at conferences and events & share how to thrive through menopause & age strong. I work with a diverse clientele to support their variety of symptoms and lifestyle challenges. Clients soon discover that I am super passionate about what I do, and I love it! Thanks!
